The City of Ventura Water Works Department will provide your water service.  A garbage fee is also charged to each water account.  For those homes located on a sewer lateral owned by the City of Ventura, there is a sewer maintenance fee as well.  All Ventura homes pay a consumption sewer fee to the Clear Lake Sanitary District.

We have a number of homes that are hooked into a sewer main owned by the Clear Lake Sanitary District.  Those homes pay a maintenance fee and consumption fee to the District.   

The City of Ventura is also connected with fiber optics to every household.  We are a Gigabit Community!
